Rosslyn might be getting a new sushi shop this spring. A brown papered space in the Colonial Village Shopping Center now shows a flyer for a business called “Rolls by U” with a motto underneath indicating “where you create” and hashtag #createyourown. The area also has a few established sushi places like Kona Grill and Sushi, Cafe Asia, and Kanpai.

He revealed that the inspiration came from a most unusual source, the bloomin’ onion appetizer from Outback Steakhouse. The crispy sprout appetizer is available at G Sandwich and is part of the pop-up menu for Yona.
