Ankara will be the latest Turkish restaurant to open in Dupont Circle. The family-owned and operated eatery has an opening date of May 20 with a soft-opening to begin on May 14. Jorge Chicas, formerly of Zaytinya, designed the menus, and include a lunch, dinner, and Turkish brunch. Some of the items on the menu include braised lamb shanks and seared Skuna Bay salmon.
