Chef Ed Hardy Takes Over at Quench

Eater reports that Ed Hardy has started his new job as chef of Rockville’s Quench with a flourish, with new brunch, lunch, and dinner menus. While the new menus retain a number of customer favorites, there are plenty of new dishes like deviled eggs with crispy chicken skin, chicken and waffles, short ribs with kale and polenta, and ramen.
