Tom Sietsema reviews Eat the Rich, the new oyster and cocktail bar from Derek Brown of the Passenger and Columbia Room, and Travis Croxton of the Rappahannock Oyster Company. Brown has also recently opened jamon and sherry bar Mockingbird Hill and southern food and whiskey bar Southern Efficiency on the same block. His seafood concept gets high praise from the critic, earning two and a half stars.
