Chez François is as traditional a restaurant as you're likely to find, a true bastion of the "old school." The Alsatian restaurant serves a six-course, prix fixe menu priced according to the entrée you choose. Many of the favorites are also offered à la carte at Jacques' Brasserie, the more casual, less expensive restaurant downstairs.
